Hey! My name is Abel. I’m an appliance repair tech from PA/MD. I do all the field service work for Russell Appliance Service, so I’d like to introduce myself before showing up in person for a service call.
My trade runs in the family. Many of my relatives were self-employed, and my grandfather owned an appliance repair business in Quarryville, Pennsylvania for several decades. He encouraged me starting out, and we still trade stories about our experiences in the field. I’ve been very grateful for his insight. Turning my mechanical talent into a career, and then making the plunge into business ownership has been quite a journey. I aim to serve my customers with the same dedication.
Also, if you have a friendly cat or dog, I’ll be sure to greet them on the way in! A wagging tail always makes the day brighter!
