I charge a flat service call rate based on your zip code. This includes up to 30 minutes of diagnosis time.

After diagnosis, I will quote the repair or remaining diagnosis cost.

If I must return on a later date with a part, there will not be an extra bill for a second service call.

All bills are due upon completion of the repair, payable by check, card, or cash.

All work is guaranteed for 60 days! Most parts carry a one-year warranty in addition. I use factory parts from the original manufacturer whenever possible.
